Steve brings over 20 years of capital markets experience, having held senior technical roles at LIFFE, Deutsche Bank, UBS, and ABN AMRO. He has led the design of trading platforms and venue connectivity across proximity, colocation, and campus environments. Before founding Instrumentix, Steve focused on instrumentation and trade flow analytics for mission-critical trading systems. His passion for open architectures and comprehensive performance telemetry underpins the design of xMetrics – making it the most open, data-rich monitoring platform in the industry.

Clive brings extensive experience in electronic markets, having held senior roles in sales, sales trading, and business development at Hoenig & Company, Lehman Brothers, Instinet, and Barclays.

At Barclays, he served as Head of Market Structure for European Equities and chaired the firm’s Best Execution Committee, driving strategic initiatives in trading performance and market innovation.

Zena has a broad background in financial services, with experience spanning both exchanges and investment banks. Her expertise covers corporate communications, business development, and programme management.

At UBS, she served as the Global Head of Intranet, Extranet, and Internet services, leading initiatives that strengthened the bank’s digital infrastructure and client engagement capabilities.

Valerii has been active in both academia and commercial software development since 1999. He brings deep expertise in capital markets technology, having served as a Software Architect at DataArt, where he led projects in networking, performance monitoring, Unix systems, and high-load applications – many of which remain in active use today.

Earlier in his career, Valerii worked as an engineer at the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he gained extensive experience in network management and distributed systems.
